Lease data is commercially sensitive. Break options, rent negotiations, exit plans. The kind of thing your CFO would not want a vendor casually training on. So we built around four specific commitments, from the first line of code:

  • EU data residency, GDPR-aligned
    Your lease data stays in the EU. Processing, access, and retention built to GDPR from day one. Not retrofitted.
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
    TLS 1.3 on every request. AES-256 at rest. Per-tenant keys so one customer's data never sits beside another's unprotected.
  • Audit logs on every change
    Every edit, upload, and access is logged with who, what, and when. Exportable for your internal audit or finance committee.
  • SSO and role-based access
    SAML/OIDC SSO, granular roles, and per-country scopes. Finance sees numbers, facilities sees sites, nobody sees what they shouldn't.
