Why no public prices?
Every portfolio is different: number of leases, countries, languages, integration needs. We'd rather quote you something fair after a 20-minute call than slap one-size pricing on a public page that misleads half the people who land here.
Do you discount for multi-site tenants and growing portfolios?
Yes. Volume helps, and so does length of commitment. We'd rather lock in a long-running pilot at a fair rate than chase short contracts at full price.
Is there a free trial?
A pilot, yes. Bring 1–3 leases, we'll set them up with you and show you what your portfolio looks like before you commit to anything. If it doesn't fit, no hard feelings.
What if my portfolio outgrows a tier?
You move up. Migration happens in-product. No rebuild, no data export-and-reimport. Pricing adjusts at the next renewal.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing scales with portfolio size, not headcount. Your finance team and real-estate team should be able to look at the same data without us metering seats.
