Terms of service

By using our website or product, you agree to these terms. If you use PropertyIntel on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The product is designed for commercial tenants managing their own lease portfolios, not for consumers.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

You may not:

• Use the service to break any law or someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or infrastructure you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or build a competing service using our outputs.
• Upload content containing malware, illegal material, or personal data you don't have the right to process.

Leases, documents, and portfolio data you put into PropertyIntel stay yours. We process them only to provide the service to you. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that data as needed to run the product. We do not use your data to train AI models. Ours or anyone else's.

The PropertyIntel software, brand, UI, and documentation are owned by PropIntel ApS and its licensors. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. No other rights are granted by implication.

Subscription terms, fees, and payment schedule are set out in your order form. For pilots without a signed order form, use during the pilot is free unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Fees are exclusive of VAT and similar taxes, which you are responsible for.

Each side protects the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and uses it only to perform under these terms. Customer data is always your confidential information.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Extracted data and forecasts are provided as inputs for your own judgement, not as legal, tax, or investment advice. Other than as explicitly stated, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill. Each party's total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Subscriptions run for the term agreed in your order form. Either side may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination we'll give you reasonable time to export your data; after that we delete it as described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless your order form provides otherwise.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce any right isn't a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent, except to a successor by merger or asset sale. We may update these terms. We give notice to active account holders before material changes take effect.
