The baseline every lease portfolio deserves.

EU data residency

All customer data is stored and processed in EU-based infrastructure. We do not replicate to regions outside the EU.

Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS 1.3 on every connection. AES-256 at rest. Per-tenant encryption keys so one customer's data never sits unprotected beside another's.

Audit logs on every change

Every edit, upload, access, and export is logged with user, timestamp, and affected entity. Exportable for your internal audit.

SSO + role-based access

SAML and OIDC SSO. Roles scoped to country, lease, or report. Finance sees finance, facilities sees facilities. Nobody sees what they shouldn't.

Multi-tenant isolation at the database level

Logical separation enforced on every query. Tenant identity is part of the request, not a filter we might forget to apply.

Your data never trains any model

Lease PDFs and your portfolio data are not used to train any models. Not ours, not any third-party provider's. Processing is scoped and contractually restricted.

Subprocessors on a short, public list

We name every subprocessor we use, scope what they touch, and notify customers before adding new ones. No surprise vendors in the chain.

Retention, deletion, export on your schedule

You control how long we keep what. Full export of your portfolio at any time. Deletion requests completed within 30 days, propagated to backups on rotation.
