Automated extraction from PDFs is something we're working toward. When it's reliable enough that we'd trust it against our own contracts, we'll hand more of the setup over to you. Until then, we do it the right way: a person reads every clause that matters.

What customers ask on the first call.

How long does first-portfolio setup take?
Usually a day or two for 20–50 leases, a week for larger portfolios, depending on document quality and how much you want to verify yourself versus sample-check. Faster than most enterprise tools take to send the kickoff email.
What does it cost on top of the platform fee?
Setup is included in your subscription. We don't charge separately for onboarding hours. We'd rather get you live and tracking than meter your kickoff.
What if a lease is in a language other than English?
Most Western European languages are fine. For anything more exotic we'll tell you honestly: works well, works with extra verification, or isn't a great fit yet.
What about variations, side letters, and amendments?
Linked to the master lease, captured separately, merged in reporting. You see the original term and every amendment in one timeline.
